1. What makes moissanite different from diamonds?
Moissanite is a lab-created gemstone that’s almost as hard as diamonds (9.25 on the Mohs scale) and even more brilliant in sparkle. It’s eco-friendly, ethically sourced, and wallet-happy—meaning you get all the dazzle without the guilt or the diamond price tag.

2. What’s the difference between your moissanite and other competitors?
At DAPR, we only use premium-grade moissanite with a brilliant cut, excellent clarity (VVS+), and sparkle guarantee. Unlike lower-quality stones used by some competitors, our moissanite is carefully set by skilled jewellers plus, we focus on craftsmanship, plating longevity, and unique designs—because bling should be bold, not basic.

3. Are your gemstones natural or lab-created?
We use a mix! Our moissanite is lab-created to ensure sustainability and flawless sparkle. Our pearls, on the other hand, are 100% real freshwater pearls—carefully selected for their lustre, shape, and size.

4. What does ‘925 silver’ mean?
925 silver means the jewellery is made from 92.5% pure silver, mixed with 7.5% other metals to enhance strength. It’s high-quality sterling silver—perfect for long-term wear and often plated with platinum or 18K gold for extra luxe.

5. Will my jewellery tarnish over time?
All metals can tarnish with exposure to air, water, or sweat—but we’ve got you covered! Our pieces are plated with 0.03 micron of gold or platinum over sterling silver, making them more durable. Just avoid harsh chemicals and store your piece in a dry, sealed pouch for that just-bought shine.

6. Are your pearl pieces made from real pearls?
Yes! We only use real, freshwater pearls. No plastic imitations here—each pearl is slightly unique in shape, which adds to its charm and authenticity.

7. Do you offer hypoallergenic jewellery?
Absolutely. Most of our pieces are nickel-free and crafted with sensitive skin in mind. If you're highly sensitive, look out for items listed as “hypoallergenic” or message us for personalised advice.

8. How durable is moissanite for daily wear?
Very! With a hardness of 9.25, moissanite can handle everyday wear with ease. It's resistant to scratches and stays sparkly even with daily use—just give it a gentle clean once in a while to keep it dazzling.

✨ CUSTOMISATION & PERSONALISATION

9. Can I request custom engraving on my jewellery?
Yes! Many of our designs offer engraving options for names, initials, or special dates. Look for the “custom engraving” note on the product page or reach out to us to create something just for you.

10. Do you offer different stone colours or sizes?
Definitely. For selected moissanite pieces, we offer custom stone sizes and colours (aqua, pink, champagne, etc.). If you’ve got a vision, we’re happy to bring it to life!

11. Can I choose a different chain length or style?
Yes—you can! Many of our necklaces come with adjustable chains, but we can also tailor the length to your preference. Just drop us a message or leave a note at checkout.

 

🚚 SHIPPING & DELIVERY

14. Do you ship to New Zealand or the US?
Currently, we are focused on serving customers in Australia and New Zealand. However, we plan to expand our shipping options soon, so stay tuned for updates!

15. How long does shipping take within Australia?
Delivery times include handling time 1-3 business days and transit time 3 to 5 business days. Once your order is shipped, we will provide tracking information so you can monitor its journey.

Our ICED Collection has a different handling time as they are all made-to-order. The handling time takes 7-10 business days.

16. Is shipping free?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Australia and New Zealand. Express shipping upgrades are available if you're in a hurry to bling.

17. Do you offer express delivery options?
At the moment, we are only offering standard shipping.

18. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. Click it anytime to follow your package on its shiny little journey.

19. What happens if my package is delayed or lost?
We’re here to help. If your parcel seems lost or delayed, please contact us at hello@daprjewellery.com.au. We’ll investigate it with the courier and make sure you're not left in the dark.


📦 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

20. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Products must be unworn, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Custom or engraved pieces and earrings are not eligible for return. For detailed information on how to initiate a return or request a refund, please visit our Refund Policy.

21. Can I return a personalised or custom piece?
Unfortunately, custom or engraved items are made just for you and can’t be returned. Please double-check your customisations before placing your order.

22. What should I do if I receive a damaged item?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at hello@daprjewellery.com.au with details and photos of the issue. We will work quickly to resolve the problem and ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.

23. How do I request an exchange or refund?
Email us at hello@daprjewellery.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps and help you find the perfect replacement if needed. For detailed information on how to initiate a return or request a refund, please visit our Refund Policy.

24. Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please contact our support team as soon as possible if you wish to make changes or cancel your order. Once the order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.


✨ JEWELLERY CARE & SIZING

25. How do I take care of my jewellery?
To keep your sparkle sparkling, avoid moisture, perfume, and harsh chemicals. Store your pieces in a dry pouch or box (we provide one!) and give them a gentle wipe after each wear.

26. Can I wear my jewellery in the shower or to the gym?
We recommend removing your jewellery before showering, swimming, or sweating it out at the gym. Water and chemicals can shorten the life of plating and affect stone brilliance.

27. How should I clean moissanite or pearls?

  • For moissanite: Gently clean with warm water, mild soap, and a soft toothbrush.

  • For pearls: Wipe gently with a soft cloth—avoid soaking them.
    We include a polishing cloth with most orders to keep things gleaming.

28. How do I find my ring or bracelet size?
We have a size guide available on our website. Still unsure? Message us and we’ll help guide you through measuring your size at home.

29. Do you offer resizing services?
For select rings and bracelets, yes! If you're unsure about your size, contact us before you order—we’re happy to offer suggestions or assist with custom sizing.

30. Do you offer gift wrapping or gift-ready packaging?
Yes—all our pieces come in signature DAPR packaging, ready for gifting. If you’re sending it as a present, we can include a handwritten message too.

31. Can I include a personalised message with my gift?
Absolutely! Just leave your message at checkout and we’ll include a handwritten note to make it extra special.

32. Will the price be shown on the packing slip?
Nope! We never include pricing inside our packages—so your gift stays a surprise.

33. Do you offer digital or physical gift cards?
Yes—we offer digital gift cards in various amounts. They’re perfect when you're not sure what they’ll love most (besides you, of course).
